On behalf of the Fedler family and Sullivan Auctioneers, we thank you for your interest in these beautiful farms. Sullivan Auctioneers is honored to be able to conduct this unprecedented Lee County, Iowa land auction for the entire Fedler family.

Location: The Fedler Farms are located in Sections 12, 21, 27, & 28, West Point Township, Lee County, IA. To access Tracts 1–5, at the east edge of West Point, IA on Co. Rd. 103, go southeast 2¼ miles to Otte Rd., turn left or north and proceed to 170th St., turn right or east and go 1¼ miles to the farm. To access Tracts 6–16, in West Point, IA, take Co. Rd. X23 (West Point Rd.) south 3½ miles to the farm. All 11 tracts are located on or just off Co. Rd. X23. (Watch for presale directional signs.)
